Important Coronavirus Update.

The current situation has put us in an extremely busy and limited staff situation, and it may take longer for us to chat with you on the phone or answer emails. We have included a couple of FAQ's below which may answer any queries you may have. 

Q. Can you tell me where my item is and when it will be delivered?

A. If you choose 'standard' or 'Signed for' as your delivery option we will not be able to track your item, only send you a proof of postage or the item being sent or delivered. 'Special Delivery' is the only service that can track an item and give an approximate time of delivery.

Q. How long will my delivery take after ordering?

A. Unless you choose 'Special' delivery, due to the Coronavirus situation we will not be able to give an exact date of delivery. 'Special Delivery' items are processed asap and tracking ID's added to the order as soon as we have the order processed and ready to be shipped.

Tracking Your Delivery.

When you place your order it is imperative you choose the correct postage choice to insure your item in the very rare instance it may be lost or damaged in transit. As we cannot foretell what a customer is going to order in the case of value, it is down to the customer to choose the correct choice at the checkout.

Standard Shipping - Non Tracked - Insured for £20 only

If you choose 'Standard Shipping' at the checkout we/you cannot track the order and give you a day or time of delivery, asking us to try and do so is not possible. With this option you only get proof of the item being sent and proof of the item being delivered.

Signed For - Non Tracked - Insured for £50 only

Choosing the 'Signed For' option at the checkout, again these items are not tracked. On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email from Cheapasmokes with notification of your item being sent, and a tracking number. This tracking number only tells you the item has been posted and then a signature proof when the item has been delivered, no tracking in-between.

Special Delivery - Fully Tracked - Insured up to £500+

Choosing the 'Special Delivery' option at the checkout, these items are fully  tracked, from being posted to reaching its destination. On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email from Cheapasmokes with notification of your item being sent, and a tracking number. This tracking number will give you all the tracking information and an estimated time of delivery, usually before 1pm Monday to Friday. If a parcel is to the value of over £500, Cheapasmokes will pay the difference to ensure it is insured up to the correct amount.
