How We Handle Trust
Buying tobacco online raises fair questions. Here is exactly how we operate:
- Authorised UK supply chain — Every product we sell is sourced from authorised UK wholesalers. All stock is UK Duty Paid, so you are never buying grey-market or smuggled goods.
- Verified product authenticity — Cigarettes and hand-rolling tobacco carry government-issued Track & Trace codes under HMRC's Tobacco Products Duty regulations, allowing the full supply chain to be verified. Learn more about Track & Trace.
- Tamper-evident packaging — All products are dispatched in their original, factory-sealed manufacturer packaging. We do not repackage or break seals before dispatch.
- Discreet, plain outer packaging — Orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no indication of contents on the outside.
- Tracked delivery on every order — Every order is sent on a fully tracked service. You can follow your parcel using our Track Your Item page.
- Mandatory age verification — We are legally required to sell tobacco products only to adults aged 18 and over. All orders are subject to our Age Verification procedure before dispatch.
At Cheapasmokes, we're not just about selling products—we're about building lasting relationships with our customers. Whether you're a long-time smoker or new to our services, you can count on us for quality, reliability, and exceptional service every step of the way.
