Delivery
No, we only ship inside the UK.
It depends on where you are and your chosen delivery choice.
Orders are only dispatched Monday to Friday, and will be dispatched the same day if the order is completed before 2pm.
Royal Mail Special Delivery orders, can take less than 24 hours to arrive, depending on the time and day of the order being completed.
Tracked 24 is usually delivered the next day, but this is not a guaranteed service.
Tracked 48 is 1-2 day delivery, but just like Tracked 24 this is not a guaranteed delivery service.
We only use Royal Mail. This is the only UK based delivery service that will insure tobacco based items. All other UK carriers will NOT insure tobacco products. Insurance is as follows, Tracked 24 & 48 is up to £150 and Special Delivery is up to £750.
Products
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Important note: Any sealed tobacco based items, if opened cannot be returned unless faulty. In most cases for Cigarettes, Tobacco and Cigars if there is a quality standards issue, we will refer you directly to the manufacturer who will advise on the next steps to be taken.
